- Payment Terms: Payment is due according to the terms specified in your booking agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to secure your session, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the services.
- Late Payment: Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Method of Payment: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Cash payments may be accepted with prior arrangement.
3. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your original content. However, you grant SonicSphere Studios a limited license to use your content for promotional purposes, such as showcasing our work on our website or social media.

- Termination by Us: We may terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of fees, or engaging in abusive behavior.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete any content associated with your account, although we will typically provide you with a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your content before deletion.
